SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policies
- Flat Rate USPS shipping for all tuber orders will be $15.99.
- We will begin shipping tubers starting in mid April, depending on the weather conditions here and in your shipping zone. Tubers will be packed in plastic packaging with pine shavings.

- We can only ship within the US. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.

- If you make multiple orders, we can combine the shipping costs but you must contact us via email with your information and all of your order numbers. We also offer local farm pickup for anyone local that wants to avoid shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your tubers, open promptly and if you are unsatisfied in any way, reach out to us via email within 5 days of delivery. Please send us an email at dozerpharms@gmail.com. We will assess every situation case by case. Refunds or reshipments will be given if we feel it is necessary.

No exchanges or cancellations can be made once orders are placed. If you submit an order and want to add tubers to your order you will have to go in and place another order. We are refunding shipping for multiple orders but you must send us an email with your information and all of your order numbers so we can initiate the refund. Send emails to dozerpharms@gmail.com.
