Mangalitsa Smoked Bone-In Ham

Our mangalitsa smoked hams are antibiotic, hormone, and nitrate free. These hogs were raised in our woods and our pasture grazing and foraging for acorns, hickory nuts, walnuts, roots, and bushes along with a locally grown, high quality, non-gmo feed. Serving suggestion: 1/2lb per person.

 

They are smoked but not fully cooked. We recommend thawing 24+ hours before cooking time. Bake  in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes per pound.
