This is something you will not find in the grocery store. Try this rare, flavor packed, nutrient dense bacon! Our hogs were raised in our forest and pasture making for meat packed with high omega fats and a taste that is nutty and sweet in flavor. It is a little thicker cut than our kunekune bacon and the taste is incredible. All of our smoked bacon is antibiotic, hormone, and nitrate free.
 
Cooking recommendation: We recommend baking it in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 min. Checking regularly.
