Plant outside in well draining fertile soil after the danger of frost has passed. For best results plant tubers when the soil temperature is staying around 60 degrees.
Plant one tuber in a 6 in. deep hole and cover with soil. Do not start watering until your tubers have sprouted above ground. Overwatering can cause the tubers to rot.
We recommend pinching or topping plants to produce more stems. Wait to pinch until you have 3-4 sets of leaves.
